Did you get that ? He is talking about putting our money where his mouth is. He is talking payback.
Apologies and reparations have a distinct flaw. They have no limit. They are like blackmail; pay once and you most assuredly will pay again. And again. What will be enough? For how long? How much? To whom? They will probably create a whole new bureaucracy to administrate it.
Just remember, we cannot afford to turn Obama loose with congressional majorities. Not when he has so many special interest groups for us to repay for him.
The simple answer is BEAT HIM!!! BEAT THEM!!! PAY LESS !!!
